The OD-3 is wall-mountable, micro-thermal, catalyst-based ozone destructor specifically designed for destruction of ozone off-gas vent from contacting vessel. The unit incorporates stainless steel 304 housing, high efficiency manganese/copper-based catalyst, silicon rubber heating band and fuse protected switch box with power cord. The featured micro-thermal heating design ensures water vapor does not condense on catalyst to extend catalyst service life. The unit is capable of destruction ozone gas up to 3 SCFM in 99.9% efficient.

The DGV-11 & ADV-22 are in ozone compatible, welded all stainless steel construction and in no seals/no leakage design of "free floating lever action". The DGV-11 is degassing type valve idea for installation on the top of ozone contacting vessel to release the off-gas to enhance mass transfer. The ADV-22 is auto drain type valve idea for trapping & removing any water from the ozone delivery line to protect ozone generator. The DGV-11 & ADV-22 can work at the pressure up to 150psi and with the inlet & outlet ports both in 1/2 FNPT.

The OSM-3.3 is wall-mountable, semiconductor gas sensing type ambient ozone safe monitor specifically designed for commercial indoor ozone gas detecting applications. The unit incorporates heated semiconductor gas sensor, microprocessor based control board with LED indicating bar, aluminum case and external universal adapter. The measuring rang is from 0.01 to 0.14ppm and the alarm point is set by factory at 0.1ppm.

The VI series are high efficiency, high mass transfer, mold molding type venturi injectors specifically designed for ozone & water contacting applications. These injectors are made from the ozone resistance PVDF plastic and incorporate injection body & combined spring type check valve. The available connection size are in 1/2, 3/4, 1.0, 1.5 & 2.0 inch NPT.

The CVD-4 & CVS-4 are ozone compatible check valves specifically designed for water backflow prevention for ozone generator. The model of CVD-4 is the very low (0.25psi) crack pressure, free floating diaphragm type check valve specifically designed for low cracking pressure and low pressure differentials applications. The model of CVS-4 is the low (1-2psi) crack pressure, spring/ball type check valve, the configuration ensures a tight seal when back pressure is absent. These check valves are formed by ultra-sonically welded PVDF body, Viton diaphragm or "o" ring, SS316L ball & spring and with the 1/4 inch barb connection ports.
