The OGI-8, 20 & 40 are turn-key, skid-mount, air-cooled, very ultraviolet (VUV) radiation/corona discharge (CD) type ozone gas generation & distribution systems specifically designed for soil & groundwater remediation. These systems incorporate complete VUV/CD type ozone generator, programmable microprocessor based control board with system operation & function indicating control panel, ozone compatible boosting pump, SS solenoid valves & flowmeters (option), gray epoxy powder coated mild steel cabinet with SS mounting base and with the main function of ozone gas over pressure protection & the interface for ambient ozone safe monitor. The oil-less compressor & ambient ozone safe monitor are optional. These systems produce ozone in 8g/hr, 20g/hr & 40g/hr with total flow of 80-120l/min at pressure of 2.0-2.8 bars and with the ability to distribute ozone gas in 8, 16 or 32 loops (zones).

The OWI-20 & 40 are turn-key, skid-mount, air-cooled, corona discharge (CD) type ozone/water contacting and boosting systems specifically designed for soil & groundwater remediation. These systems incorporate complete CD type ozone generator, control board with system operation & function indicating control panel, venturi ozone injector with bypass valve, water backflow prevention device, PVC contacting vessel with degas valve, gray epoxy powder coated mild steel cabinet with SS mounting base and with the main function of water flow switch or timer remote control & the interface for ambient ozone safe monitor. The oil-less compressor, water boost pump, ozone destructor & ozone safe monitor are optional. The OWI-20/40 produces ozone in 20/40g/hr with the water flow of 6/12m3/h at the pressure of 2.5 bars.
